• Director of Business Development, The Conference Group April 2000 - present
  Created the channel program for the company and oversaw the program for almost 10 years. In 2009, I was tasked with overseeing and managing the day to day operation of all sales efforts.
• Vice President, MBNA America Bank July 1988 - July 1998
  Accepted into the coveted Management Development program, exposing participants to all facets of the company, including direct access to the CEO and other senior management.
